Pro Team Service! For a 9 AM cleaning and filling, I got in at arrival - terrific job by Jen in cleaning - smooth move to Dr. Waln's chair - a little numbing, a little poking, a little joking and a little drilling & filling and Boom! I'm on my way with a new filling and return appointment for my six month cleaning locked in! Now that's good service. That's good business! Thanks! Makes me want to Smile!
Dr. Waln and his awesome staff will make you feel right at home...even though you are at the dentist's office (which I used to dread!). I had my 6-month checkup today, so I decided to bring my 89-year-old mom with because she is having troubles with her bottom dentures. I wanted to see if Dr. Waln could help her out with advice, options, and affordability...he did all of that. Crowning Glory!! After moving to Nisswa I will admit I dragged my feet on finding a dental office (not my favorite place to visit:-). When I had an old crown come off while eating a gummy bear, I needed care ASAP. Nisswa Smiles got me in the next day (wow!) for an exam, then within two days I was in getting a replacement crown - made while I was there - I left after 2 hours with a new crown. Most importantly, I was made to feel very comfortable and had the least "dental anxiety" ever! I have had a lot of dental work done in ... read more
