I recently had my upper jaw worked on. Dr. Nissen carefully examined my X-rays from my Denist and come up with the optimal plan while fully keeping me informed of his observations and took the least path of disturbance and difficulty for me. My surgery went very well and my healing was rapid and with no swelling and bearable pain. I commend Dr. Nissen for his dedication and astute mind. He demonstrated immense care and incredibly sharp skills.
Excellent dentist, very good support staff. I have osteoporosis and he had me take a blood test prior to doing 2 extractions. I don't think I've ever had a dentist so thorough. He's very personable and when he does novocaine shots, they don't hurt too badly!

I was recommended by Dr Boers of Cocoa Beach to see Dr Nessim (oral surgeon) Dr Nessim and his crew were great, just 2 shots of Novocain and he was able to remove my tooth without pain in 3 minutes. Thank you Dr Larry and crew!! Happy Easter. 🦷🦷🦷🦷
I recently went to Dr Nissen for oral surgery and was very pleased with my experience. Dr Nissen was professional but friendly, never rushed and treated me with respect. His staff, to include nurses and receptionists, mirrored his actions and helped make an anxious appointment for me much less stressful. I highly recommend Dr Nissen to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.
Hands down the best around. Staff very friendly and professional!! I was nervous to get my wisdom teeth taken out and they were so supportive. They called to check on me that day and so did Dr. Nissen!
My 14-yr-old is having four wisdom and two retained primary teeth pulled. He has type 1 diabetes, so it's a bit more complicated, but Dr. Nissen is extraordinary! I trust him entirely, and his bedside mannner even put my picky son at ease. Also, his staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!
