I was very sick and disoriented when I purchased a vehicle but I needed a larger car because I was planning to move out of the state. Nicole, my saleswoman and Juan, the Finance Manager did not care that I was sick and they were pushy to sell me a car. Juan agreed to trade in my car for $8,000. Nicole made a copy of my check to purchase a new car and told me to hold onto original check and to bring it in when I come in the following week. Please be aware that this customer bounced a check for the entire value of the car she purchased then hid from us after she stated she would be waiting home with a replacement check. We spoke on the phone and told her we would drive to her home for a replacement check, she stated she would be home waiting. we called her from outside to tell her we were there and at first her mom said she wasn't home after we just spoke and then she called us and came out to replace the check. I had my Nissan Frontier in their dealership for a warranty replacement of the transmission. When they reinstalled the transmission they crossthreaded the bolt for the starter going into the transmission. The damage they caused cost me $400 when it came time to have my starter replaced. I approached them about the issue, and was told they would look into it and call me back. Needless to say they never called me back. Beware of a dealership that is too incompetent to install a simple bolt!
