I scheduled in advance for a simple tire check. Prior to being seen by advisor Anthony I noticed he was a bit over the edge with the previous client yelling loudly telling everyone the expense of his invoice. Told the poor guy take his mask off so he could understand him. Rude ! I knew I wouldn’t be any different. He gave several random diagnoses of the tire prior to the mechanics checking it even pushed me off to another dealer ..again this is BEFORE the specialist checked. I purchased a new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD in midnight jade from Nissan World of Denville on 6/10/16. I love the car, it is excellent, but my overall buying experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a distinct feeling that I had been had.
