I scheduled in advance for a simple tire check. Prior to being seen by advisor Anthony I noticed he was a bit over the edge with the previous client yelling loudly telling everyone the expense of his invoice. Told the poor guy take his mask off so he could understand him. Rude ! I knew I wouldn’t be any different. I got scammed by this dealership and treated like garbage by a misogynist named Paul. Do not go here.
I like to highly recommend that anyone look for new or/and old Nissan car should go this dealer, their sals group offer wonderful service to meet all your need, plus they work very hard to find lowest price for your budget. Test drive? you can test other type of car there or they drive car to you, AMAZING!

Working with this dealership has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. The general sales manager Carlos which has horrible customer service skills blaming others for his mistakes, not calling me back, telling me he has other priorities, and after calling and leaving messages for over 1 month. Listening to his guidance ended up costing me $6000 due to his lack of knowledge of how this dealership works. I was very sick and disoriented when I purchased a vehicle but I needed a larger car because I was planning to move out of the state. Nicole, my saleswoman and Juan, the Finance Manager did not care that I was sick and they were pushy to sell me a car. Juan agreed to trade in my car for $8,000. Nicole made a copy of my check to purchase a new car and told me to hold onto original check and to bring it in when I come in the following week. Please be aware that this customer bounced a check for the entire value of the car she purchased then hid from us after she stated she would be waiting home with a replacement check. We spoke on the phone and told her we would drive to her home for a replacement check, she stated she would be home waiting. we called her from outside to tell her we were there and at first her mom said she wasn't home after we just spoke and then she called us and came out to replace the check. I had my Nissan Frontier in their dealership for a warranty replacement of the transmission. When they reinstalled the transmission they crossthreaded the bolt for the starter going into the transmission. The damage they caused cost me $400 when it came time to have my starter replaced. I approached them about the issue, and was told they would look into it and call me back. Needless to say they never called me back. Beware of a dealership that is too incompetent to install a simple bolt!
