I scheduled an appt over the phone. The customer service agent made it sound like my car was still under warranty. I tried calling back to confirm that it was, they wouldn't answer the phones. I get to my appt only to be told it's $189 for a diagnostic, which is crazy and I refused! I told them just to take care of the recalls which they did. I went in for an oil change and requested to have them put air in my front tire. When checking out to pay I asked if the air was adequately put in the tires to the proper psi and was not only told yes but also stated on report. While driving down the street my tire pressure display showed low tire pressure. Was confirmed by manual gauge that the pressure was low. Service tech did not do his job.

Had to get a new key for a car, Nissan was very welcoming, Mr. Gary Hadley gave me great service, even though I don't really deal with commercial dealerships I would definitely bring my car back here.
