My appointment related to an oil change and tire rotation. The service department took my vehicle as soon as I pulled up and Trinity was very courteous and helpful. The service was done in 2.5 hours and I was able to sit inside and wait for my vehicle to be serviced. The facility is spacious and clean. Easy to be able to sit and wait and work on my computer as they provide Wi-Fi. Overall, a good experience.
I highly recommend Elias as your sales representative at Rock Hill Nissian. He goes above and beyond for his client and he is very kind and understanding. My experience with them was incredible.
I couldn't believe not changing a cabin air filter would void my lifetime power train warranty.
