Unacceptable delays and discourteous service; it appears that the previous staff members have been replaced with inexperienced and disorganized personnel. I suggest considering a different location for future visits.
My car wouldn't start and needed a jump Wednesday evening. Brought the car in on Thursday and they couldn't figure out the cause and thought the car was getting mixed signals from my work badge. So instead of fixing the inital problem they found other service items that needed immediate attention and I ended up spending $724. My car needed a jump to start again on Friday and Sunday my car wouldn't start at all, even with a jump. My husband replaced the car battery and the car is working fine now, so I spent $724 for nothing.... read more
