My daughter’s boyfriend’s back window broke when he shut his drivers door. This was a several months ago. He is leasing the vehicle so it is under the bumper to bumper warranty. He was told the glass would take a couple months before it comes in. He never was offered a rental. I work at a car dealership and told him he should’ve been put into a rental because that’s what we would’ve done since it’s a warranty item. They are very difficult to get ahold of and I feel like I was told what I wanted to hear not what the actual situation was. Now ive spent $4500 and have a vehicle that is completely not driveable. I was told my head gaskets were broke and thats why my truck was heating up past were it should. I was quoted almost $5900. I asked very specifically if there was any other signs of heat damage, he told me no. I also asked if they were confident that replacing what I was quoted for would fix the problem. They said yes. Terrible techs, performing bait and switch tactics to meet quotas. Find a local guy that relies on word of mouth and taking care of customers. Car shouldn't come back in worse shape than it was in when you dropped it off. I'd let my pet gold fish try and wrench on my vehicle before taking one here.

Unacceptable delays and discourteous service; it appears that the previous staff members have been replaced with inexperienced and disorganized personnel. I suggest considering a different location for future visits.
