The engine mount that I received is defective the harness piece that connects to the car is broken. The package when I received it the box was open, there were no insulation, no bubble wraps protecting the engine mount. For something that cost 327 dollars, you would think whomever is fulfilling the order would do descent job packaging. Now I have wasted time and money. Now I have to put more time to get an engine mount. That's just lazy or you're cheap, zero effort.

Although it took 3 weeks to get here and I could have sworn I ordered white, I am still very much satisfied. I would have given 5 stars but they forgot to mail out my order.
