Very nice experience
Already sold the vehicle.
Bought the 05 Dodge Ram truck but after waiting a over an hour we were told they would have to fedx us the title.after many days of calling the dealer and no response we were contacted by manager. Jason Dunham in which he stated they messed up and would have to take the truck back.In a nutshell the truck was traded in without having both signatures on the title, then sold it to me after I paid them gave me a transfer of tile and sent me on my merry way. We enjoyed our shopping experience. Salesperson, Emilie, was courteous, professional and personable. The Sales Manager was also accommodating! Drove a long way to make the purchase but we feel the drive was worthwhile! Would recommend this dealership!

Some consultants were great like Jessica Chapman, but other consultants seemed really hungry for a good review. I asked for my car to be detailed and they said they would detail it and they failed to do that. When confronted, they only cleaned the spots I pointed out and not the whole car. The sales manager tried to tell me that because of where I was from, they do detailing jobs different compared to North Carolina.
