Fast and quick service but not happy my service advisor Kevin (who i only trust with my car) wasn't there.
**BUYER BEWARE: They stole my car** I had signed all the paperwork and done everything as needed to buy a 2013 VW Jetta from Nissan of Yorktown. I test drove it, talked with sales and sales manager, and did everything needed to guarantee my car would be ready in two days with registration, plates, and inspectiong. We went to Nissan of Yorktown Heights to look at a used car. The staff was excellent. We even got to meet the new owner, Adam. We ended up not buying the car, it was just not what my daughter was looking for. I have to say it was the most pleasant visit to a car dealership we ever had, and I'm 60 years old so you go in there on guard, but we were treated so well. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Had a great experience with Yorktown Nissan that one we get I purchased my vehicle. I took my girlfriend back and she purchased one for herself. They were very helpful very nice and had no problems with them. I recommend this dealership no problem.
