My experience with the service department has been dismal for the 3 times I’ve needed servicing. First time I went for an oil change I thought I’d take advantage of the quick lube because I was in the area. There is NOTHING quick about a 1.5 hour oil change. My second experience getting an oil change, I thought I’d make an appointment so that I wasn’t waiting so long. I was told it would be 30 minutes for oil change and car wash. I bought my sentra in August of 2016 and have been disappointed ever since. I was booked for a oil change when I first bought the car. I missed that appointment because I only had 3,000 km at the time and they proceeded to call and email constantly that I forgot and to rebook, so I did. When I got there they then asked me why I was there because I didn't need an oil change with my low km.
