RecommendedExcellent service with customers and great performance
Recently purchased a Nissan kicks, shout out to Israel and all of the great staff that were very friendly towards me.
I booked my cars service needs on Nov 15. I require a loaner so agreed to wait and he booked for November 23 for my oil change and back brakes. I arrived to discover that an employee error was made and he didn’t book my promised loaner. Get this, a car dealership and they couldn’t find ONE car to accommodate the customer and cover for the employee error.
Worst service ever. Been several times for the same issue and it remains unresolved.

great staff and customer service
Really disappointing to find out my nissan versa came with no cabin air filter. Tried to change it this morning only to find an empty space where the filter were supposed to be. At 24000km they recomend to replace it - replace what? A non-existing one? Service and part staff are aware some cars come with no cabin filters, but sales people have no idea about. Thank you for not telling me about that at the time of purchase.
I've been looking for an SUV for over a year now, going to different dealerships, test driving different vehicles, it was a very long process but when I went to the Nissan dealership in Windsor, my search was over! The people there are so friendly and so willing to help. Tennille Moore...THANK YOU for all your help with my Nissan Rogue... I love it!!! :)
