Good experience and service getting a new car
Doug, the GM, is definitely the person everyone wants to speak to when it comes to dealing with dealerships. Jose Enriquez is very sweet and really helped seal the deal for my brand new car!
Horrible experience and rude service. After going in to buy a used car, they attempted to up the price multiple times by adding things on without my permission. After I called this out and denied anything but the original listing price, they quietly added on 2 “warranties” without telling me it was a $3,500 upcharge. I have reached out MULTIPLE times now for over 2 weeks to cancel these warranties without a single email response or call back.
