Please avoid this dealership if you can. They do not care about you as a consumer or a customer. It is a scam all they care about is putting money in their own pockets. Working with this dealership has been a nightmare. I traded my vehicle in over two months ago and they still have not paid off the loan as promised. Per California law, the trade in must be paid off within 21 business days. This clearly has not happened and I have been given the run-around about "sending the check" so many times I am questioning if the dealership actually has the money to pay off my loan.
