Interesting customer service experience with the service department representative. I booked my appointment online per usual with the recommended service and full synthetic oil change. BUT when I arrived I was met with complete unfamiliarity like I’ve never been here before AND huge lack of knowledge for my required services. Including the wrong date for my last service, by a full year. I said I need the oil change and what ever else was required as I already selected online. Amazing customer service!! My bumper shield fell and they were able to repair it almost immediately. I came in right before they were closing and they were extremely considerate — staff (Patty, Edgar, Juan) were helpful and kind!
Helped me and my friend out after her bumper fell off even though they were about to close. Super nice and friendly! I would definitely come here for help again!
