I had an outstanding experience with Fidel and Christian, from the very beginning, they provided excellent customer service and truly went the extra mile to make a deal happen. I mean that we were not sold on a black car, and they took the time to locate the exact color we were looking for. I have never had an easier or more pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle than at Infiniti of Thousand Oaks. Cristian went above and beyond in securing financing that fit my budget. He also agreed to having the car delivered to me as Iive in Riverside County. Fidel was extremely courteous in giving me a test drive, and ultimately in delivering the car.
