Don’t waste your time here. 4 hour wait for just an oil change and I was the first one to bring my vehicle in for the day. This is the norm at this dealership I unfortunately have to come here because it’s the closest dealership. The service advisors are very knowledgeable friendly and easy to work with, but the mechanics in the back to need to get things figured out. 4 hours for an oil change is just unacceptable especially since I scheduled an appointment. If you value your time I would steer clear of this place
Watch out 1. When I asked to see the vehicle they changed their story and declined viewing parts. 2. Charged 3 times on credit card and am disputing through my financial institution cuz they are not promptly crediting the duplicate charges. Finally they did credit the duplicate charges
They don't acknowledge you as a woman bringing a vehicle in. They barely looked me in the eyes and kept looking at my fiance. Not to mention I had to bring my vehicle back the same week bc they charged me $215 for a diagnostic and cleared codes without doing anything to find the issue. They also never replaced my engine cover and blamed it on someone else that seen my car over 4 months ago.
