I brought my Nissan Rogue to the Service Department, and Service Advisor Levy Tu provided excellent service. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done and showed me a video of the parts that required replacement. He was very helpful, friendly, and polite throughout the process. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and had a great overall experience.
Amazing service! Had a little glitch with my Nissan Rogue and Mike in the service department helped get everything squared away. In addition to being thorough, professional and kind, he was extremely patient with me and my million questions. I would definitely recommend Nissan Serramonte not only for the quality cars but for the excellent customer they provide as well. 10/10!

Weird experience. I stopped by and was instantly shadowed by a salesman. Wherever I went, he was there and it was almost like a magnet. I just wanted to look on my own, but it was OK as I was learning a lot of stuff. He asked me if I wanted to see the Armada outside and I said sure. So we took a look at two versions outside. And then I asked if I could just look at the infinity version to see what the difference was and he said he would get the key. Milk is a very nice person, and has a lot of knowledge with my Nissan Leaf tires, I had my car tires fixed in Costco, But Costco didn’t do alignments for my tires, Mike help to do it and saved me money on the tires. I really appreciate it.
