Weird experience. I stopped by and was instantly shadowed by a salesman. Wherever I went, he was there and it was almost like a magnet. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. Ace was amazing. He’s super friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find a car that I genuinely love. I bought a brand-new 2023 Nissan Leaf and have been making every payment on time every month. One month, the system showed I had to make a payment by money order, even though I always pay online. My truck has now broken down for the third time—after being towed there twice and left with them for over a month. They charged $4,000 for repairs, yet nothing is fixed. I’m now stranded in a dangerous and stressful situation on my birthday weekend, broken down 45 miles from where I was supposed to meet my family to celebrate. “Totally incompetent” doesn’t even begin to describe it.
