Same problem as Yvette - hit a pothole on I20, took the car in for regular maintenance 5/06/17 and asked that they check the alignment to prevent uneven treadwear on new tires. Paid for 4 wheel alignment, started asking for the diagnostic sheet on Monday 5/08/17, put off, called again 5/11, told I would have it first thing the next morning, didn't get it, emailed the service manager Friday morning, and it's Monday again, and no document, and no response phone call or email from anyone. They had a killer deal on a used QX70 so I drove up from Austin to buy it and when I brought it home for my wife she smelled smoke. I have a poor sense of smell so I didn't notice. We worked with St. Louis and even though he didn't have to, he had the dealer pay to have the smell professionally removed here in Austin. The purchase was pain free and I was in and out in under an hour. I would buy a car from them again in the future!

Just got off the phone with I believe Toby is his name. Totally rude and uncalled for. My kids in the back seat with the music on could hear him cussing and screaming at me. The incident was no way of my fault. Just lost me and many others. BYE FELICIA �

Got the run around.. the sale man left me in a room , while he checked on my acceptance for credit... I left the room and he was hanging out with other salesman laughing and talking.. I wasted over an hour.. left and didn't even hear from the sales person again... My credit is good... so that wasn't an issue.. bottom line , the salesperson came to socialize with his friends.. total waste of time.
