Since Penz Auto group has multiple locations we have trusted them but have paid for work that later find out wasn't done on two different vehicles. Change oil, tire rotate and check the front passenger tire because it keeps losing air. I asked about the tire she told me it wasn't low. I traded a car in with Nissan. They failed to properly transfer the title and registration. The new owner racked up parking tickets and impound fees of which I was responsible for. If the new owner drove without insurance, I would be responsible. If the new owner had an accident, I would be responsible.
