This was my first experience with Nissan of Olathe. I called to adjust a service appointment I booked online. I pushed the button for service but the person I spoke to was just taking appointments, so I don't know the purpose for that option. She was helpful however, and found the 40k mile service carfax told me I needed. I asked for a callback from the service advisor assigned to my appointment as I had questions about the service. Got helped by Orlando and Jacob. They were super helpful and made the process simple. Tony in finance was great at finding a lender and got me in and out of the office very timely but without feeling rushed. They all made the overall experience great. Will likely come back whenever I’m in the market for another car.
I came in to get out of my bad situation renting a car long term. Cara Russell and Heather Samuelson made sure to provide me wirh excellent customer service and I was able to drive home my brand new Versa! Thank you both so much. I highly recommend this dealership.
