Sold my handicap son a car and an extended warranty that we cannot use per warranty company because car has too many miles and we took the car to have it served 2 times for the same issue and they should have found the problem the 1st time but didn't! Horrible Experience! I took my truck in to have it serviced in May of 2023. It was determined the rear differential needed to be replaced. Quoted $6,799.42 to repair, $5,889 was for the differential alone. They were unable to find a part and really felt like they weren't going to put in the energy to find it! It took me 6 months to find the 3rd part! They received the part 11.3.23 and after numerous calls finally decided to work on it 1.24! When I went in to pay they told me the price would be $2,500 because they had to put ... read more
