I'm late in my review but I want to give FIVE (5) stars to the young service provider Abdul. He was SO patient, kind and above and beyond. He had to deal with me while I was at leak of my concussion and had serious brain fog and very LOW comprehension due to TBI. I am disappointed in NISSAN, for bot being able to get their OEM parts in a timely manner. It took 2 weeks to receive 1 part for my vehicle. My warranty company definitely SUCKS rocks, but I didn't think it would take them that long to receive parts for a nissan. Du... read more

Alex, Nick, and Brittany were all spectacular in meeting my needs, purchasing a vehicle! The entire staff welcomed me with opened arms and consistently offered their assistance if I needed anything. They made me feel comfortable, and I did not feel forced into my decision.
I wanted to personally take the time to THANK WARREN for his professionalism and excellent customer service! My car broke down, I was catching uber to and from work for days with no answers! When I notified Warren of my experience and all that I was dealing with ,he developed a plan of action for my repairs, he resolved my issues and helped me get my car to Lithia Springs dealership and most importantly, he kept his word!
