This has been my service center for 9 yrs. I don't know if they've changed the service manager but I'm very disappointed. During my last two visits the staff has become very disrespectful. I tried repeatedly to reach the manager but I was unable to reach him after calling several times. I guess its easier to ignore a dissatisfied customer than to address the complaint and take action. I've decided to take my business to Mike Rezi Nissan going forward. Nissan of Lithia springs will never get one dollar from me again.
I'm late in my review but I want to give FIVE (5) stars to the young service provider Abdul. He was SO patient, kind and above and beyond. He had to deal with me while I was at leak of my concussion and had serious brain fog and very LOW comprehension due to TBI. I am disappointed in NISSAN, for bot being able to get their OEM parts in a timely manner. It took 2 weeks to receive 1 part for my vehicle. My warranty company definitely SUCKS rocks, but I didn't think it would take them that long to receive parts for a nissan. Du... read more
Good customer service
Alex, Nick, and Brittany were all spectacular in meeting my needs, purchasing a vehicle! The entire staff welcomed me with opened arms and consistently offered their assistance if I needed anything. They made me feel comfortable, and I did not feel forced into my decision.
