Stop by to get my oil change & was told that they cant change it. I walk up & all service providers chilling. Even the young man chilling in a car.
I guess I'll start at the beginning because that is when everything started to go wrong and I should've gone somewhere else. The worse customer service ever. Service department doesn't answer their phones. No one called or text me saying my vehicle was ready and they lied that they sent me a text at 11a. I just found out my car was ready at 2:15p when I called. When I hang up, some one calls and says my car is ready. Do better Nissan of Lithia Springs
