They sell unsafe cars not checked out and will never give your money back if they can get away with it. They sold me a "certified car" then 6 hours after buying it the bumper was falling off, then the lock was broken and the undercarriage fell off. They refused to take it back or honor the 3-day return policy. Folks, i am telling the truth nothing but the truth. We sold the car to Nissan of Lewisville last week and they had everything they needed. They told us the check will be processing in 2 days, then we called them still dont have it. 4 days later still the same they keep put it off and fooling us around. So we filled complaints and today we came by as Monday 8/14/2023 still dont have and they said GM went to ****** to pick it up and we decided to wait either the check or my car back. We purchased several Nissans from Lewisville Nissan in the last 8 years but today they failed miserably and we would not recommend their sales tactics.. We were invited by mail to attend a great promotion today April 15, with real numbers for Trade in specific with clear definitions, they try to force us to to purchase services that we didn’t need or want.. we had actual MSRP value.. minus actual trade in value and promotional values and they went to fine print of promotional offer and back tracked.. ablo the manager hung up on me. He was very rude and uneducated about their lenders. He said they go $1000 on the sticker price of the car if it's outside financing. Unheard of! I will be making a complaint with their corporate office. For them to put this man in any kind of leadership is ridiculous. He needs to be educated before being in any management position. I hope all calls are recorded, because he needs to be demoted before this dealership is sued for having a racist arrogant manager.
