I took my car in because the engine light was on. I went to autozone and after checking with the machine i was told it could be the grille shutter. I went I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by Will, very nice advisor. He told me the would check everything and explained the process. I have had nothing but problems with the people here. The used car sales manager told me I had to buy the ****** plan and gap insurance to get the loan rate they quoted because the finance institution required it for their protection. I accepted and when the deal was final I called he financial institute and the said no we don't require that and with your credit rating we will gladly give you the lower rat6e and when you cancel and we get the check we will refinance your loan. Brought my car to them to diagnose no start issue in my 2015 Nissan Sentra in may 2022 after local shop replaced the transmission and then car wouldnt start. mechanic couldnt *********** because car wont start so he said couldnt get code said it needed new wire harness. A new wire harness is ******* cant afford it ! I brought car home got the car to start got the code that points to ecm I put a new used ecm in and requested them to program the new ecm then if car starts please program the transmission as well! They don't fulfill deals made. NO choice as to what license plate I prefer

Bought a 2021 Nissan Frontier from this dealership, saleslady Maddie was great, very helpful. The deal was good, not the best, but things changed after the sales, payed for vehicle. I did my part then comes the tow package which was part of the deal. It was a struggle, Sales manager Danny started to piece the package, the tow package he had in mind did not include receiver, ball, pin nor wiring harness. Took my vehicle in for an open recall to replace a pcm relay I was hoping it would fix some starting/stalling issues. Get a call that they didn’t replace the relay the only inspected it and it was fine and it was still having the same issues. They didn’t offer or up sell any diagnostics or even ask if I wanted any of the things fixed they recommended on the pmi.
