Very disappointing experience at Nissan of Irvine This was by far the worst experience I have had with a car dealership so far. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing, and I did not feel that the staff were friendly, respectful, or properly trained to communicate with customers—especially when a customer is unhappy or has a concern. Dealership add-ons (3rd party alarm systems, paint protection, etc.) exist solely to increase the profit margin of a dealership. And the reason all dealerships in any geographical area employ this add-on scheme is so that they can facilitate a seamless transfer of similar add-on equipped vehicles between dealerships. In other words, every dealership has to be 'in on it'. It is lterally a pre-arranged alliance. This dealership was responsive and especially my sales person Jared. If he didn't know something, he would find out. However, it would be beneficial if there was more knowledge of EV to help new buyers.
