Requested an oil change and battery change. Their service head quickly tried to have me sign the work order for $365. He never informed me of the coupons available on their website. Oil change and filter should only cost $29. Battery and install should only cost $159 with their own coupon. Their service *********************** was eager to charge me double. Brought in my 2015 Nissan Versa back in October of 2022 to get it repaired for a CVT Transmission issue. They charged me over $5,000 to get it rebuild. Today took my car to get checked because I was having judder problems in the early mornings. I thought it might have been that in needs more transmission fluid. We took our Nissan pathfinder for service at Nissan of Huntington being new in the area. We know dealers are a little pricey but, trust authorized dealers will do a good job. Our service advisor, **************** was very courteous and professional. However, things turned for the the worst shortly after. When we picked up our truck, the windshield was cracked. A few weeks ago i went to this Stealership to buy a car bcuz i was told that i would get 20 % over the book value of my trade in vehicle that was a lie the truth was more like if you come here you will get a lot less than 40% if you trade in your vehicle here . On my contract it says " THIS PUSCHASE AGEEMENT SUPERSEEDES ANY AND ALL AGEEMENTS ,WRITTEN, VERBAL OR OTHERWISE " So i guess what they are saying is that we can lie to you and Steal from you !

I went to nissan of Huntington today after receiving a phone call from a sales rep that they would like to buy back my vehicle and put me in a newer vehicle. I explained to the sales rep that I would like to keep the same payment if that was the case I would come in to the dealership and he agreed. After spending 2 hours there and not being able to work with me, the sales rep called over a "manager" who was dressed unprofessional and had the attitude of a teenager. Nissan of Huntington for the past year have been refusing to cover any repair under my warranty because they know warranty is being expired soon. The service dpt refused to take into consideration and complaints about the vehicle, instead they keep downplaying my complaints. I will visit them tomorrow regarding my transmission which will be my 6th complaint and come back with an update. I signed a finance contract with Nissan Huntington in June 2020, and now they are contacting me after six months of waiting to make payments to sign a second contract because they could not get a loan approval since June 2020. I went to nissan of Huntington today to renew my lease or to buy a new car. But the person that call himself a manager give us a bad attitude. I went and other Nissan same day and I bought my car. So as a Nissan company if you are okay with it I dont care but losing a loyal customer for us it not okay but you did lost one today. Thanks and Never Nissan of Huntington again.
