NISSAN CAR OWNERS Please do not take your car to Nissan of Hawthorne New Jersey to get repaired. They are unskilled and unprofessional people that will use your car for their personal use. They kept my car for a week when they said it will only be two days. They used 56 miles and returned my car with NO GAS. I was promised by service advisor Emilio that I was going to get a rental to make up the 56 miles that they used to put on my car. You think they would change their practices in 2010. I had a lease that I wanted to buy-out and they tried to force me into buying a new car at an outrageous price. The finance manager sat at his desk from afar and wasn't running any numbers for us because they did not like our option to buy out our existing vehicle. They are extremely unprofessional.
I was interested in buying a new car. I was talking to the Sales Rep and he blantly told me he wasn't going to even talk about financing the car because he "knew I couldn't afford it." I thought that was very demeaning and after explaining I would be able to afford it, he wouldn't talk to me about any car more than $15k. I asked to talk to the Manager and even the Manager told me that the Sales Rep was right with what he was telling me. I then stormed out cursing them both as I left.
