This place sucks. They get paid to provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! They’ve had my car for 3 weeks with no answers no explanations NO LOANER. Service manger doesn’t reply to text messages. ZERO COMMUNICATION!! Even contacted Nissan corporate directly. I was supposed to get a call back on the 20th and still haven’t spoken to anyone. I filed a complaint with consumer affairs and the BBB. The most unacceptable service I have ever dealt with in my life! I called the service manager 5 times yesterday. ... read more
Ran my credit told me i could get an approve for a new car but not a used car. I’m so confused
