I worked with Iva Smith at the Greenville, TX Nissan dealership and everything went wonderfully. She was very responsive in the weeks leading up to my appointment to close out my lease and purchase my Titan. She also helped with adding a lift package and new wheels/tires. This is my new dealership going forward!
Terrible experience. Online prices are a lie just to lure you in. The prices include every possible rebate, but they can't honor all of them because they are mutually exclusive. This red flag should have been enough for me to walk. The big dealer discount gets countered by a huge add-ons ($3,000+) most of which are useless or overpriced. It was like pulling teeth to even get them to put anything in writing for me to see. Worst Nissan dealership anywhere! I bought a 2011 Corvette from these guys online. Their sales person Dakota Martin pretended to be my friend through text conversations, asked him to send me pictures and videos of the car, he stayed just far enough away from it to hide all of the scratches and corrosion on the wheels. Swore to me up and down the car was mint condition, not a flaw anywhere.
