These people especially the finance department are a bunch of scam artists!!! DO NOT BUY OR LEASE HERE! Maria ******sold my aunt on a scratch and dent repair package added to her monthly lease telling her that a month before her lease is up , she can bring her vehicle back for scratch dent repairs free of charge. NOWHERE did she mention anything about a mileage restriction or that it needed to be within the mileage requirements. The worst dealerships service department. They are all bunch of liars! They dont want to fix things under warranty and will try to scam money from customers. My trucks rear glass was getting foggy I took the truck in they told me the seal was leaking and would be covered u see warranty. After 2 days they call me to tell me that glass it self is damaged. How? And warranty wont cover it. They are a dishonest place to take your car in. Stay away from this establishment
i called Nissan of Elk Grove 9:30AM 2/16/19 for an estimate on work I need done on my Nissan. I was quoted under $85 before taxes and given information on latest time frame accepted for scheduling an appointment. I called back around 11:30AM to schedule for the slot and was given a quote for over $300, was put on hold and was given another quote for $130. Sal in sales in amazing...only had great experiences here...
Very nice service personnel. Great waiting area. Free coffee/soda/water. Computers set up for personal use, flat screen tv in the seating area, and free wifi in case you want to bring your own laptop.

The people in services only care about money. Take it o another Nissan or just another place all together. This one is horrible.
