I had a recall on my 2025 Nissan Kicks. They fixed the recall washed and vacuumed my vehicle, did a bumper to bumper inspection. Not a dime out of pocket. While I waited for Megan to advise me that my vehicle was completed I had a complimentary cup of coffee and a muffin. Megan was very polite and informative about my vehicle. Megan is a wonderful person. Thank you Megan!!!
Great experience. Anton Thomas was our salesman, he did perfect job. Would definitely recommend.UPDATE. Absolutely do not buy the new Rogue with the turbo 1.5L. Ours was 3 years old with 70k miles and out of nowhere blows a head gasket. Which is now a known issue that Nissan refuses to do anything about except but a new engine in it for almost 9k with no repair time outta my pocket. Brought car in for state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, shimmy in right front tire. They released as good. Went and got sticker for plate. Brought back with shimmy was still there. They said tech that checked car in didnt put down there was a problem. Now saying tgat car needs tires. Make up your mind. Car does not need tires. All they care about is the money.
