I was pre approved online with GLS, for a 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum. Printed off the online pre approval terms. Now, it's important didn't change vehicles at dealership, didn't change the trade offer! However from time printed approval, arrived at dealership like less than 4 hours later, terms went totally SOUTH. Added $3100 to required down payment, and reduced my trade by another $1200! Just bought my 3rd car from same sales person and I've lost count of how many cars I've purchased from this dealer over the years. I was very impressed with the layout of the dealership. The customer waiting area with drinks and refreshments, the financial area with private offices and the individual sales offices were exceptional. Our salesman Lance not only helped us with a used car but a brand new Rogue (both which we love). He was very knowledgeable and professional in the business deals offering different scenarios for financing.. I have recommended many others to shop at NISSAN of Cookeville.
My experience at Cookville Nissan every time has been nothing short of exceptional. Anytime I go to them to purchase a car, new or used, I always look for Shane. All my cars are serviced at the Cookeville location too. Tito is the service manager. And he is all about customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Small town dealership that I feel values their customer.

I had the same issue as a woman ***** did with her transmission that she got from Nissan 2 years ago I bought a 2013 **** Escape and was told that car would be reliable for me a long time I'm 60 years old I don't have that much in savings. I also had a two year warranty but unfortunately it went out a month prior to finding out my transmission needs to be replaced!
