Service department is horrible. I brought my car from them in 2021 i only go to them to get my car Serviced. I brought a new battery less than a yr ago and it no good. I call for an appointment first they tell me they can give me an appointment then i speak to Service advisor tell him my problem. He tells me he cant look at it nor does he ask me to come in to get a loaner. He gives me an app for Monday. Which is two days away. I call back to see if i can get a loaner. I recently visited this Nissan dealership to speak with the General Manager, who identified himself only as “Jay.” I was there to discuss a serious issue involving my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport, which I had mistakenly returned while experiencing a mental health crisis and in a state of psychosis. I am finally getting the pathfinder I wanted for a good amount of time, all thanks to Henry never giving up and working very hard and tirelessly to make sure I got what I wanted. I want to thank Henry and Nissan of Bayshore a million times over for helping me get my pathfinder !

OMG When I say my family LOVES Nissan of Bayshore we REALLY do!!! The staff is so sweet and kind and helpful. They make the entire process easy and stress free. Henry G. is the sweetest guy!
