This was my first time visiting this location. I went on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in and out in an efficient amount of time! I was totally in shock—for I’ve waited 2-4 hours for an oil change at other Nissan service centers. The customer service I received was beyond awesome!!! The waiting area was clean and relaxing with a restroom, television, refrigerator filled with complimentary beverages and a counter filled with complimentary snacks. Absolutely AMAZING service!!! We had to replace a transmission. We had a third party warranty service and Nate did all the work with them. Followed up every time it was necessary and answered plenty of questions along the way!! We were highly satisfied with the service, communication and kindness from the staff!!
