From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and never pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through different options without any pressure. The entire process felt smooth and transparent, which is rare when buying a car.
Never had such a disappointing and awkward experience before. Came in knowing what car I wanted. Test drove it. Had a good conversation with the sales rep Kevin. But then it came down to the final numbers… that job fell to Jerammy Sanchez. I don’t know if they have another finance manager on site but avoid this guys at all costs. He lost the sale today.
