Let's be clear, I've never had a problem calling the service department when it was Falhaber Nissan, but I'm not sure what happened since the name changed to Clay Cooney Nissan. I called the service department 2 1/2 weeks ago (early September) and I kept calling because I was getting the voice mail of the service department. I finally got a person to answer. We just purchased our new Altima from Falhaber Nissan. It was such a great experience. Our salesman, Jimmy, was very thorough and professional. The entire staff was friendly. This is our 2nd new Altima purchase from Falhaber Nissan. Great price with little negotiating.
