Avoid at all cost. I brought my car in for an issue with the hood closure. This shop recommended a local auto body shop. That auto body shop took care of the problem. Back at the dealership, I requested an oil and air filter change. When I went to pick up my car, the tank was on E and the check engine light was on. I’ve never had a CEL and I certainly didn’t have one when I brought the car in. I’m also not in the habit of driving on an empty tank but these people clearly don’t care. I had a great experience when I brought in my Pathfinder for service. My Service Advisor, Ryan, was thoughtful, understanding, and fair. I enjoyed the whole process (imagine that!) and I would happily refer others to him.
Had a great experience at Nissan City of Port Chester Service center. Ryan, was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process smooth. He clearly explained my options without any pressure, which I really appreciated. It made everything easier and my car is running smooth again.
Do not go here!!! They are NOT original owners and they do not care about you . They are money hungry thieves . They tried to screw me on a simple replacement key . The service manager Ryan, didn’t even know how it worked or that it had to be programmed. The old service manager , Don was fantastic! I think he moved to a dealer in new Rochelle . I strongly suggest everyone stay away from the Nissan port Chester service unless you are willing to trust liars and inexperienced service advisors . If I could I would give a negativ... read more
