Sorry, this time we had a bad experience. I bought in the past two cars from Nissan San Bernardino, I had no complaints so far. But today it was totally different ,we got very dissapointed and will never again will try to buy a Nissan from a dealer shop.

Se hizo el cambio de un Toyota por un Nissan y resulta que ellos despues de 58 dias no han pagado el coche que se les dejo a cambio en el dealer. Por lo que me mandaron a colección. Y todavía uno viene a preguntar que es lo que esta pasando y nadie sabe nada y te dicen que yo llame para que Toyota me de razón de la deuda cuando ya es de Nissan. Chris and Larry were both great. I had no problems with them. In fact they did everything in their power to make us happy after enterprise waisted our time. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because it smells like LA in the place. Right next to the waiting room just smells like piss. Clean your floors man. Or clean the bathroom better. The smell was so unbearable at times, and it really only smells in the weighting room. Not so much in the area where they try to sell cars to ya.
Everyone there is very nice,but make an appointment due to them being really busy!!
Technician and maintenance office employees are all liars. Do not buy their three pack of oil changes and tire rotations because they will not rotate your tires. They are all b******* Liars
