Josh Downing was very helpful. He answered any question that I had and he knew a lot about all of the vehicles. When I picked the vehicle I wanted, he informed me about all of the features of the car. He made picking out a car very quick and easy.
This is our 5th Hyundai, 3rd from this dealer. :) They were not pushy, explained all options thoroughly.

Keith was very attentive to all my specifications as to what kind of vehicle I was needing. He was very honest and helpful as it was the first time going through this experience by myself and he didn't take advantage of that as most sales people do. Had a very nice time looking & test driving a couple cars, I'm very happy with my new car, even though they had to replace the front windshield cause of some real long scratches, but that didn't take long
