Have been visiting this eye center for many years now for a routine eye dilation each summer. Waited long times before, but Tuesday was an awful experience. Sat with my eyes dilated for nearly two hours while other patients came & left. Had to remind front desk I was still in the lobby 3 times. Finally called me. Once in the chair that staff member suddenly ran out of the room causing more confusion. Dr Soni is very patient and knowledgeable. He explains everything in detail and easy to understand terms. Both of my parents are his patients .
