thank goodness this young talented Cardiothoracic surgeon has returned to Florida from john Hopkins in Baltimore to practice at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital-he performed a quad by pass on my husband and he and his team kept us informed and addressed all my husbands medical needs-with kindness My husband is recovering nicely
Our experience with Dr. Patel has been great, he is very hands on with his patients and their family. He performed a triple bypass on my father. The initial consult prior to the surgery he was able to put all of our minds at ease, as well as the day of the surgery before and after. During the time my father was in the hospital both he and is team kept a close eye on my dad's recovery and at his final consult he was happy with how his progress was. He has been hands on and caring from the start.
I think I hit the jackpot having Dr. Patel do my triple by-pass. He was even able to do a by-pass on an artery that I was told most doctors wouldn't even attempt. Excellent follow up and availability after the surgery. Was at my room every day after the surgery even on Sunday until I was released.
Dr Patel performed a double bypass on me in Oct. Aside from being a highly trained and skilled surgeon, he is very caring with an outstanding bedside manner. He is very thorough and explains all aspects of the surgery and I highly recommend him.
Dr. Patel recently performed an LAD bypass on me. I was very stressed about having this procedure and Dr. Patel spent a lot of time explaining the procedure, the post-surgery recovery and he put me at ease to undergo this surgery. He is a warm and caring doctor who I would recommend to anyone facing heart surgery.
I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Patel. He thoroughly explained my condition, options to correct it, and did so in language I could understand. He was honest and reassuring.
He is amazing! As my surgery was an emergency and Dr Patel was referred, he made it a point to come by my hospital room after 8p to introduce himself and fully explain the by-pass and recoup time. He also responds to after hour calls.
Dr Patel performed double bypass surgery on me.After the surgery Dr. Patel was there with me in the ICU continuously to monitor me. I am very lucky to have such a caring doctor who even lets you call his cell phone. Also when I was released from hospital Dr Patel was available to answer my questions on phone. Dr. Patel is a caring man who takes his time going over all your concerns and puts your fears to rest. After your surgery he is very attentive and explains every concern you may have. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He spoke to my family directly after my surgery and explained everything he did and what was to follow during my recuperation. I must say, I never met a surgeon who spent as much time with me as Dr. Patel.
