I was greeted cordially as always. The staff made me feel at home. They answered all my questions about my situation. We came to an agreement that both parties were satisfied.
Dr. Patel is awesome - she is a great doctor with bedside manner to match. Crystal, her NP is a perfect match. The only complaint is the call center - it is SO difficult to reach my provider.
