Hopefully things have changed since the last time I went or tried to contact them (2024). They never answered the phone. I would message on MyChart and never receive an answer. I was never educated on pelvic pain/what was happening with my body. NP Heather was always nice though. Just wish the office was more communicative as a whole.
Worst OBGYN EVER! They never answer the phone. The doctor forgots what he previously diagnosed you with. They don’t bother to go over your tests. I actually had to read my own mammogram and ask for appointments. They don’t care about you or your health there. STAY FAR AWAY!
They’re definitely the best in Rhode Island! They are super professional and so nice. I actually let a student come in and I never do that usually so that’s saying something.
They do not answer the phones nor do they call back. 3 days calling. How is one supposed to feel comfortable with an office who does not answer phones during what they say are business hours on the recording.
