NisAir saved me when my entire AC unit broke down unexpectedly. The team was honest and very professional. I am a single mom of two toddlers and they were able to come out and quote me same day and have the unit installed the next day! They took so much stress off of my shoulders, and were very competitive on pricing and warranty. Excellent customer service. Regular maintenance and a replacement of a UV light system. My unit panel had built up mildew and mold. Mike cleaned it. I’ve included before and after a because it was just so unbelievably gross. We have used NIS Air To build our home, all service and maintenance for over 16 years. We are extremely satisfied and cold!
Your tech loudly threatened my dog for barking at him, cursed, and didn’t call in advance. It was the second time in 3 days he was there(the first time the AC was ‘just fine’, then the thermostat goes less than 24 hours later?). Spare me the bull💩 about feeling threatened, I had a gun pulled on me at work once, and I’m not a cop. If the AC goes again real soon, I’ve already got 2 other companies in mind to suggest to my landlord
