I have been going to Nirvana Organic Spa for a couple of years. Tenee's massage techniques have helped me overcome what 30+years of office work had done to my body. I had neck, lower back and leg issues. I am so much better now. She also recommended an exercise routine that included Pilates and her own Piyo class. I am so happy she opened her business in our area. We are fortunate to have someone who is as educated and skilled in her craft as Tenee.
Thanks for a wonderful Monday. The whole family received a great massage before heading home. See you next trip up. :)
Tenee's knowledge and hands give the best massage! Friendly, restful spa. Wish I could find someone like Tenee down state that knows how to tune into your body. Northern Michigan has a jewel with Nirvana organic Spa.
