The ultimate "body shop". After several sessions, my tightness and soreness have disappeared and my flexibility and muscle memory have been restored. Tenee is knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic...and fun! Her focus is on optimizing the mind and body connection and she readily shares her knowledge to help you help yourself. Tenee listens to what you need and adjusts accordingly. Her ability to detect changes in the body, mind and spirit enable her to modify her touch in a very beneficial way. Loved my massage and can't wait to visit again!
This was my first massage ever. Tenée was super professional but loving at the same time. I enjoyed every relaxing minute of it. I felt great during and after!!! I cannot wait to go back for more "mommy" time.
