I love the people and services at this place. Henry is awesome
I haven’t been here in awhile but I see why now. I came for a pedicure which was $45 add the $20 gel it totals to $65. My pedicure was mediocre at best. My feet didn’t get scrubbed, toe wasn’t full polished and uneven after I throughly looked. What really took the cake the tech didn’t bother to tell me the price just put her hand out for my card, swiped, turned the screen for the tip option, and walked off. Henry did the fill on my nails today. He always does a fantastic job and makes them look just like I want them! He is very kind and considerate too. I am very pleased with him being my nail tech! I was however, disappointed that the salon raised the price on the fill from $50 to $65. Being on a fixed income I can barely afford to get my nails done at the old price. The new price of $65 plus a 20% tip will be a great struggle for me. I may have to end up changing to another salon with cheaper prices. ☹️
Went in for the first time with my husband. We got right in, no wait. Sat in the pedicure chairs, normal stuff. My husbands pedicure was absolutely rushed. My pedicure was okay, but noticed that my toe nails aren’t all the way painted. As I’m getting my toes done, one lady came go start on my nails, I was asking her some questions, her attitude was TERRIBLE, almost cut my skin while cutting the fake nails with scissors. Cleanliness was not great. Tools look like they were used for months without being cleaned or replaced. Burned fingers while sanding gel off when I requested soak off.
