We came to get pedicures on a Saturday. The parking lot was empty suggesting few patrons inside. We went in and were immediately sat in a chair. It then took 25 minutes for a tech begin our pedicure. We requested the lavender pedicure and I wanted gel polish. We started at the same time yet my pedicure experience (massage, paraffin wax, and hot towel) was cut short to accommodate time for the gel that I was also paying extra for. Loan is the best I have ever been pampered by. She is happy and excellent at pedicures and manicures. Nirvana Nail Spa is beautiful and a joy to treate yourself to! Enjoy these services; they bless everytime!
