Small gym but overall not bad. Plenty of weight lifting machines to get your toned. They even have a punching bad so you punch out the anger/frustration you have in you. If live in the Torresdale Ave area and looking for a not-to crowded gym for a solid monthly price. This is the place for you.

The fitness center has a wide range of equipment and classes. Crowding can be an issue during peak hours, so try visiting during off-peak times for a better experience.
It’s a decent gym. Made for hardcore members but can still get work done. Showers are nasty. They haven’t changed their shower curtains in God knows how long and u can tell they don’t clean the showers often. Other than that it’s cool. Just wish they’d change the shower curtain and clean the showers often throughly more often. will post pictures of shower next time I go in.
Another Philly dump. Claims a home style non corporate approach but could have fooled me. Rang them all week during alleged “open” business hours and nobody employed there to answer the phone. What a joy!
