Dr. Jayaseelan and Yaneth are a great team! Very kind, caring, patient, and knowledgeable yet laidback with good, honest, and practical advice. I’ve lost nearly 20 pounds with this team which is great. I look forward to coming back, resuming my weight loss journey, and recommending others!
I have had the lapband for 20 years and Dr Jay has been my only doctor. He is super strict, and cares about your health, not just putting weight loss systems in. He's so nice and always compliments me even when I was 320 lbs at 6-0 feet tall. I'm 202 lbs now and have had my ups and downs with the lapband. The last time I saw him, he said your band is empty, you have been maintaining your weight for 4 years. You don't need it anymore. Let's take it out. I am working with my insurance to do just that. dr jayaseelan is the best doctor very understanding and patients very nice staff
Upon first meeting and talking to Dr Jay I thought he was amazing. In fact I still think that. Its his office staff that leave something to be desired. Particularly the front desk and his office manager Yaneth. To make a long story short, Im furloughed and struggling with basics at this time, and was told "thats not my problem" by Yaneth Davila when I asked why I couldn't pay my copay next week and have my medication sent to the pharmacy (which I cant even afford to pick up now ANYWAY).
