Vehicle Inspection Vehicle Inspection: Paid $60 for initial inspection. My battery was disconnect prior to that so OBD System Reading was not ready. He told me to come back. I went back to today and he refused to perform the inspection and told me to either pay again or go to the state inspection. I asked him to explain to me why he refused to do the inspection?
