After being diagnosed with prostate cancer I met with Dr. Pahlajani while deciding my treatment options between radiation or prostatectomy. I ultimately decided that the prostatectomy was my best option but Dr Pahlajani nevertheless stayed involved with my case, encouraging me to still get a PET scan and even assisting in getting the approval from my insurance company after it was initially declined. Dr Pahlajani is an amazing, thorough, and truly empathetic doctor. You’re in good hands with him and the amazing staff at Austin Center for Radiation Oncology.
I was very apprehensive in the beginning cancer is a frightening specter! Dr Pahlajani and his professional staff made it less so. The staff made it seem like I was their most important patient even though they treat everyone with warmth and support! Obviously I would rather not have cancer at all but since I do I can’t imagine any place I would rather be treated! Thank you Dr Pahlajani and your remarkable staff!
When I arrived I was very nervous cancer is scary. I met Dr. Pahlajani and he started explaining everything in normal terms not doctor lingo.He made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions in detail.His staff is very professional and friendly I will recommend him and his staff to my friends and family in need of a oncologist.
I am so glad I found Dr Pahlajani to take care of my Prostrate Cancer Treatment. I feel like he saved my life. He is the best!!!
